As a small business we are able to accept returns or exchanges within 15 business days within the following terms:

• Hard goods such as toys and clothing/accessories must be in original packaging, be unused and in new condition.
• Toys, Treats and Supplements are not subject to return if opened or used and not in original packaging.
• Treats, accessories and toys are not guaranteed unless the manufacturer has a policy stating so. Unused products, unopened, in original packaging, free from dirt and pet hair and with original tags are accepted for return within 15 days of purchase.
• Unfortunately we are unable accept returns for products that appear to be damaged by pet damage (ie chewing, scratching, urine etc.) It is reasonable to understand that nothing is indestructible. Please supervise your pet at all times.
• Raw products are not subject to return.
• Returns MUST be accompanied by original receipt. If you have a Rewards Account with us, we are able to search your past receipts.

Kibble Exchange

• Dry (kibble) foods are accepted if product is still within original packaging, with half or more of the contents remaining.
• We will exchange for store credit to help you find a kibble you and your pet are happy with.
